State requirements: 43-03-22. Stamp. At the time of the issuance of the certificate of registration, the board shall furnish to the applicant, at the applicant's expense, a rubber stamp to be used by the applicant in the conduct of the applicant's practice and to be impressed upon drawings and other documents prepared by the applicant. The board shall prescribe rules governing the use of suchstamp and applicant's signature.
